At Moscowdesign.nl you have a trial period of 14 days for all your orders from the moment the order is in your possession. Within this period you can view and/or try on the article, unless stated otherwise. After the trial period has expired, the purchase agreement is a fact.
Please check immediately upon receipt of the item whether it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If not, please contact us as soon as possible.
Moscow Design.nl has rules for returns. If you want to return the order, this is only possible if:
- you are informed that you want to return within the trial period of 14 days, after which you must return within 14 days.
- in - as far as reasonably possible - the undamaged, undescribed and original packaging.
- Accompanied by the return slip (then we know who the package comes from) will be sent, possibly stating the reason for return.
FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS:
It is also useful for us if you use (for return shipments) the supplied return label (this is only within the Netherlands). We will then know who the package comes from, etc. Stick this label on the packaging so that the old label is no longer visible. It is a Franco label, which means that you can drop off the package free of charge (without franking) at a DHL SERVICEPOINT (DHL points in the area). We do charge a contribution towards the return costs of 3.95 euros.
The total amount (minus the return costs of 3.95) will be refunded to the same account with which the payment was made, this also applies to VISA and Mastercard payments. We do the refund quickly, but in any case within 10 working days. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
