Take care of your items

Good quality clothing, like Moscow's, can last a long time if you take good care of it. By following a few simple tips, your clothes will stay in top condition longer and you can enjoy them again and again. With proper care, your favorite items will retain their shape, color and luxurious look.

1. Always read the laundry label
The laundry label always contains important information about how to wash your clothes. Follow the instructions carefully to avoid shrinkage, discoloration or distortion.

2. Wash clothes inside out
Washing your clothes inside out reduces wear on the outside, which is especially important with printed or knitted items.

3. Use mild detergent
Aggressive detergents can damage the fibers of your clothes. Choose a mild detergent, especially for delicate fabrics such as wool and silk.

4. Avoid the dryer
The dryer can shrink clothes and affect their elasticity. Ideally, let your clothes air dry, preferably flat to avoid stretching.

5. Iron at low temperatures
Always use the correct ironing setting for the material and iron delicate fabrics, such as wool and silk, at a low temperature. An ironing cloth can provide additional protection.

6. Avoid excessive washing
Clothes do not need to be washed after every wear. Fresh air or steaming can be enough to refresh your clothes to reduce wear and tear from washing.

7. Remove pills carefully
Are small pills (pilling) developing? Remove them with a wool comb or a special clothing de-piller to make the fabric smooth again.

8. Store clothes properly
Fold delicate fabrics such as wool neatly and store them in a dark, dry closet. Do not use hangers for heavy items to prevent them from stretching.
