Ordering from Moscowdesign.nl takes a few simple steps.
Place the desired item in the 'Shopping bag'
1. Go to the item of your choice, select the correct size and click on the 'Order directly' button.
2. You now end up in the 'Shopping bag'. You can change the number of items in the Shopping bag if desired.
3. Are you done shopping? Then click on the 'Continue' button.
Provide personal information
4. In order to process your order, we ask you to enter some personal information. Then simply log in with your customer number and password and you do not have to enter your details again.
N.B. Your customer number can be found in the e-mail confirmation of your order and on the delivery note. When you make a purchase at Moscowdesign.nl for the first time, you must first create an account. This is very easy. If you enter your email address when placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Choose payment method
5. Then choose how you want to pay: iDEAL, credit card or another payment method. Then click on the 'Continue' button.
6. You will now see an overview of the order. Check this carefully. Once you have done this, click the 'Place Order' button, which will take you to the payment page.
7. After confirming your payment, the order is completed and we will send the package.
