Return Policy MSCW Design

At MSCW Design, you always have a 14-day reflection period from the moment you receive your order. During this time, you may view and try on the item unless otherwise stated. After the 14 days, the purchase becomes final.

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If something is wrong or missing, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll be happy to resolve it together.

Return Conditions

If you wish to return (part of) your order, please take the following into account:

Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send the package back.
Return the item in its original, undamaged packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Always include the return form so we know who the package is from. Optionally mention the reason for your return.

For Customers Within the Netherlands

We like to make it easy for you:

Register your return via Returnista in our RETURN PORTAL.
A processing fee of €3.95 will be charged for handling your return.

Once we have received your return package, we will ensure a quick refund, usually within a few business days and no later than 10 business days.

For Customers Outside the Netherlands

Do you live outside the Netherlands?

Return shipping costs outside the Netherlands are at your own expense. These costs are displayed per country in the return portal. Once we have received your return package, we will ensure a quick refund, usually within a few business days and no later than 10 business days.
