Return

At Moscowdesign.nl you have a trial period of 14 days for all your orders from the moment the order is in your possession. You may view and/or try on the item within this period, unless stated otherwise. After the expiry of the trial period, the purchase agreement is a fact.

Please check immediately after receiving the item whether it is undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible to report this.

Moscow Design.nl applies rules for returns. If you want to return the order, you can only do so if:

within the trial period of 14 days it is announced that you want to return, after which you must return it within 14 days.
in - as far as reasonably possible - the undamaged, undescribed and original packaging.
It will be shipped accompanied by the return slip (so we know who the package comes from), possibly stating the reason for return.

FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS:

It is also useful for us if you use (for returns) the supplied return label (this is only within the Netherlands). We then know who the package came from, etc. Stick this label on the packaging so that the old label is no longer visible. It is a Franco label, which means that you can deliver the package free of charge (without postage) at a DHL SERVICE POINT (DHL points nearby). We do charge a contribution to the return costs of 3.95 euros.

The total amount (minus the return costs of 3.95) will be refunded to the same account with which the payment was made, this also applies to VISA and Mastercard payments. We will make the refund quickly, but in any case within 10 working days. For more information, please see our General Terms and Conditions.
