If the order cannot be delivered the first time, the delivery person will put a card in the mailbox stating when he will deliver the order again. This is normally the next delivery day. If this time is not convenient, you can use the code on the card to indicate on My DHL when delivery is convenient for you.

Not at home during the day? No problem. Give us another address (for example your work address) and we will send it there.
